Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Future Sphere Education's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Our Services

Future Sphere Education provides educational services including but not limited to:

• Programming and computer science courses
• Robotics and engineering programs
• Mathematics and physics tutoring
• Online and in-person educational experiences

Enrollment and Participation

Students must be enrolled through our official registration process. All course materials, schedules, and requirements will be communicated through official channels.

Students must meet the minimum age requirements for each program as specified in the course descriptions.

For students under 18, parental or guardian consent is required for enrollment and participation.

Payment and Refunds

Payment terms and schedules will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment. All fees must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

Refund policies vary by program and will be detailed in the enrollment agreement. Generally, refunds are available within the first two weeks of the program start date.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students. The following behaviors are not permitted:

• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Harassment or bullying of any kind
• Inappropriate use of technology or equipment
• Violation of academic integrity policies

Limitation of Liability

Future Sphere Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
