Refund Policy

This refund policy supersedes and replaces all previous versions of our refund policy. This current policy is the only valid and enforceable refund policy for all Future Sphere Education programs and services.

No Refund Policy

Future Sphere Education does not provide refunds for enrolled courses or programs. All payments made for tuition, registration fees, or program costs are final and non-refundable.

Transferrable Credits

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer a flexible transferrable credit system that allows you to use your paid credits toward other programs, subjects, or locations we offer.

Transfer to Other Locations

You may transfer your credits to any of our campus locations:

  • Flushing, New York
  • Brooklyn, New York
  • Syosset, New York (Long Island)
  • Online programs
  • Beijing, China

Exchange Rate for Beijing Transfers: Credits transferred to Beijing, China will be converted at a fixed exchange rate of 7:1 (USD to CNY). This exchange rate may be updated quarterly. Latest update: Q4 2025.

Transfer to Other Subjects

Your credits can be applied to any of our educational programs:

  • Coding (Python, Java, Scratch, C++)
  • Robotics (VEX Robotics)
  • Mathematics (including AMC 8, AMC 10/12 prep)
  • Physics
  • Software Engineering
  • Digital Arts

Credit Usage Guidelines

The following guidelines apply to transferrable credits:

  • Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of transfer request
  • Credits can be applied to programs of equal or lesser value; price differences may apply
  • Credits are non-transferable to other students or family members without written authorization

How to Request a Credit Transfer

To transfer your credits to another location or subject, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email or phone

Step 2: Provide your student information and the program/location you wish to transfer to

Step 3: Our team will process your request and confirm the credit transfer within 3-5 business days

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, such as medical emergencies, we may consider special arrangements on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Relocation Policy

Relocations are not covered under our exceptions policy. If you are relocating and wish to continue your studies, we recommend transferring to our online platform, which allows you to continue your courses from anywhere. Please contact us to discuss transferring your credits to our online programs.
